Item Title:

A pair of "Lincoln in the chair" antique bookends by Jennings Brothers circa 1925

Item Description:

As one can see, one of Lincoln's hands is missing in this otherwise near perfect set of Lincoln bookends. How the hand was damaged I cannot determine because there is no apparent damage near the hand. It may well have been a manufacturing defect because the repair is so good that unless the missing hand is pointed out, one would never notice it. The set does have both its' original paper labels in the underside of each bookend. If perfect, this set would have been priced between $500-$600.
