A fine British flintlock Naval Officer's over and under barreled flintlock pistol circa 1800-1810
This wonderful example comes in .48 cal. with 2 3/8" round screw off barrels with rifled bores. It was made by John Brasher who was noted to have worked with the British Navy. The walnut grips are in very good condition. There is an oval silver escutcheon behind the barrel tang and the pistol comes with a pan-locking safety slide. A very nice gun at an affordable price.
