Title: A RARE English Brass Double Cannon Barrel Flintlock Pistol with spring bayonet by Dawes, London, circa 1790.
Description: This very rare and desirable double-barrel pistol measures nearly 11" long and is .75 caliber at the muzzle. The barrels measure 6" long. The original brass tipped ramrod is mounted on the lower right side of the pistol. The spring bayonet is released by pulling back on the trigger guard. The walnut grips are in very fine condition showing much original finish. A rare piece worthy of any major firearm collection.
