A Beautiful 19th century set of the Complete Works of William Shakespeare published in London in 1868 and housed in a burled walnut display box.

This fine 13 volume set is housed in a magnificent burled walnut domed top display box with Victorian gilt decoration. The set was edited by Thomas Keightley and published by Bell & Daldy in London 1868-1869. Each volume is covered in red leather with gilt decoration and have gilt edges. Overall an attractive set in a beautiful box.
