A beautiful 'Flow Blue' stoneware octagonal covered tureen marked KAOLIN Ware, Rhine pattern circa 1850

Fabulous color and condition. Kaolin ware was the trade name used by Thomas Dimmock & Co., Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, England. They made earthenware products from 1828-1859. The 'RHINE' design was registered on May 7, 1844.
