A beautiful small George III mahogany piecrust tripod table circa 1760

SOLD

Standing only 23" high, this charming table has a wonderful figured mahogany pie crust/serpentine top which has a 14 1/2" diameter. The stem has a bulbous swirl and the graceful cabriole legs end in pad feet. Condition: There is an old age split on the top running about four inches which is visible in one of my photos. It is tight and stable and looks to be at least 100 years old. Otherwise, the finish appears to be original.
