A charming 19th century sailor-made woolwork picture of a British steam and sail ship circa 1865 in what appears to be its' original frame.

Absolutely wonderful. Great vibrant color and condition. Original frame. Billowing sails and actively flowing funnel. Wonderful long streamer from the main mast. Small, only measuring 18" by 17". Attached to the back is a letter from the National Maritime Museum dated 1985 talking about this piece.
