A fine 1801 Pattern British Sea Service Flintlock Pistol made by the Tower of London armories

Wonderful overall condition with slight dings to the full length walnut stock. This .56 cal. pistol has the regulation 12" barrell with the required proof marks. The lock plate is stamped "TOWER" and has the crown over G R with broad arrow markings. The regulation ring neck cock is original along with the steel belt hook and brass tipped ramrod. There are remnants of the 'Board of Ordnance' marking on the right side of the wrist behind the barrel tang. Overall length: 20."
