The set consists of 8 dinner plates (10" dia.), coffee pot (H 9"), a sauce boat, 8 dessert or salad plates (8" dia.), 12 cups and saucers and 12 small plates (6" dia.). William Adams first introduced a version of this pattern in 1780 being one of the earliest patterns in the Chinese style to be produced in English pottery. Condition: a piece of the inner lid of the coffee pot has been broken off, otherwise the entire set is perfect.
