A Fine U.S. Navy Model 1852 Officer's Sword signed Horstmann & Sons, Philadelphia

The imported blade was made by Kirschbaum, Solingen, Germany and was retailed by Horstmann. The brass hilt with cast eagle pommel, shagreen grip with wire wrap, the etched blade and original brass mounted leather scabbard are all in fine condition. This is a very nice example in untouched condition. Overall length: 35"
