A very fine 18th century Chippendale 'style' walnut armchair with dog head arms

The carving on this late 19th century chair is amazing. The slpat is beautifully carved along with the ears on the crest rail. The knees and legs are likewise beautifully carved. The faux needlework tapesty seat is quite attractive and complements the chair. One small chip on the base of the rear left leg.
