An Antique Sail-Cloth Covered Copy of NORIES NAVIGATION Published in 1877 and Signed by Capt. Glass

Captain John Glass, Master of the Brig 'Dante' of Greenock, rescued the passengers and crew of the sinking Ship 'Levanter' of St. John's, New Brunswick, on Dec. 5, 1862. This book on navigation was used by him later in his career. Wonderfully bound in original sail-cloth with handwritten notes by Capt. Glass.
