An early 19th century century English brass mounted mahogany Gentleman's travelling box circa 1820-1840

This very nice example has an inset brass carrying handle on the lid above an oval brass name plate with an engraved family crest with initials in script. The box retains its' original purple lining and what appears to be the original key. Depth: 9" Width: 11" Height: 4"
