An early pair of New Bedford Whaling Monument bookends made by Jennings Brothers circa 1925

It has been increasingly more difficult to find pairs of the earliest New Bedford Whalers' bookends. Most that I come across were made in the 1970's and 1980's and are bright and shiny. This early pair is quite rare and the patina is beautiful.
