An Elaborately Carved 19th century Wooden Seam Rubber

Carved with a monkey fist handle and having a carved swan and a carved elephant on either side of the seam rubber, this wondefful object measures 5" long. The wedge shaped end was covered in brass sheathing sometime in the 19th century.
