Four sets of Cups and Saucers (being sold separately) salvaged from the wreck of the Dutch trading ship "Geldermalsen" (NANKING CARGO) which sank in 1752.

These 4 cups and saucers (being sold separately) come from the famous shipwreck of the Dutch merchant ship the "Geldermalsen" which sunk in 1752. The salvaged pieces were sold by Christies in 1986 and each piece was labeled with a sticker. These cups and saucers are of the "double bamboo tree" pattern and are in nearly perfect condition considering they laid on the sea bed for over 230 years.
