The Family Bible of Eben Smith of Durham, New Hampshire, published in 1830.

Complete with its' original leather covers and spine, this impressive Bible was printed in Philadelphia in 1830 by Towar and Hogan and has over 1200 pages including 8 pages of the genealogical records of Eben Smith Jr. (1787-1869) and his father who served in the Revolutionary War (1758-1831). On the inside rear cover in period ink is writen "Sabbath Day December 21, 1834 All our Children at Home to dine, Seven of them...". A charming and historical American Bible measuring 10" by 6 3/4" by 3 1/2".
