An early 18th century Silver Mounted Tortoiseshell Snuff Box with Magnificent Silver Pique Work circa 1720.

Measuring 3 1/8" by 2 5/8" this very pretty example does have slight damage below the back hinge consisting of a barely noticeable cresent shaped crack ending in a small triangular piece missing (1/8"). The lid and base show only normal wear over nearly 300 years.
