This fabulous set is profusely illustrated with 'antiquarian and topographical engravings' including Visscher's Map of London originally done in 1616. William Gollancz edited this edition and J M Dent of London published it in 1899-1900. Note: Two volumes have loose boards and most of the remainder have wear to the spines.
