This RARE copy of Washington's FAMOUS SPEECH GIVEN ON SEPTEMBER 17, 1796 was REPRINTED for the Washington Benevolent Society in 1812 by R. Schermerhorn of Troy, NY. It is 40 pages,6" by 3.75" and has its' original calf spine with gilt stamped title: "Washington's Legacy."
