A Rare Pair of English Flintlock brass barreled Blunderbuss Pistols circa 1800

Made by John Jones & Son, London, circa 1800, this fine pair of pistols would clearly have been made for either a Naval officer or an Infantry officer expecting to see much close combat. When fired, these would have been quite lethal. They have 4 3/4" three stage octagonal to round brass barrels which are belled at the muzzle. Full walnut stocks. Private Tower proof marks. Excellent overall condition!
