A Revolutionary War period Knife with 7" curved blade marked 'P' and 'C' and a horn mounted grip with dog's head pommel circa 1760.

The downcurving horn pommel has a dog's head finial, one side of which is slightly chipped. There is another small piece of horn missing at the other other end where it joins the blade. Overall length: 11" A very interesting knife ex the William Guthman collection.
