An EXCELLENT near mint condition Silver Banded and Engraved Philadelphia Pocket Derringer circa 1845 to 1871.

Stamped "Andrew Wurfflein/Phila." .40 cal with 2" brown barrel and walnut stock. Checkered bird head stock. Silver mounts include trigger guard, escutcheon, buttcap, accent plate, etc., all finely engraved. Condition: EXCELLENT PLUS. The barrel retains 99% of its' original brown finish. The silver is excellent as is the grip. Near perfect in an almost unfired state.
