An Outstanding Militia Officer's Dress Saber with its' original engraved gilt brass Scabbard circa 1825

This beautiful example has a 32" curved blade with gold etched and fire blue finished panels of military motifs. The engraved gold plated brass scabbard retains its' original hanging chain. The carved ivory handle has the typical age cracks but is in excellent overall condition. A beautiful example in hard to find 'excellent' condition.
