A Fine and Rare 39 Star Flag circa 1889, now elegantly framed

In a beautiful gilt wood frame measuring 20 1/2" by 29", this wonderful and rare 39 star flag has three rows of 7 small stars alternating with three rows of 6 large stars and was made in the fall of 1889. The maker quessed (incorrectly0 that the two Dakotas, Wyoming, Washington and Idaho would be admitted to the Union on or after July 4, 1890.
