Probably made by Herculaneum Pottery, this wonderful example stands 11 1/4" high. It has in script the owners' initials " J P T". Printed on one side is a portrait of Washington surrounded by 'Justice, Liberty, and Victory.' The other side has the Great Seal of the United States surrounded by the states within borders. Slight discoloration in one area.
