An original print of the American clipper ships Andrew Jackson and David Crocket

Both ships were built in Mystic, CT. the Andrew Jackson was a 222 foot ship built in 1855 for speed and capacity and set a WORLD record of 15 days from New York to Liverpool. the David Crocket was built in 1853 and served for 46 years. She was one of the most successful ships built at an American shipyard. This print is signed by Tim Thompson, a world reknown marine artist.
