A Fine late 18th century Silver-Gilt Child's Rattle, Whistle and Bells with Coral Stem.

Hallmarked 'S P' probably for Samuel Pemberton of Birmingham, this fine child's rattle has its' original six bells, each hallmarked, and measures 4 1/2" long. The rattle is engraved with the name "Charlotte Anne Leay" and dates to circa 1799.
