A large Silver Porringer by Ebenezer Moulton of Newburyport or Boston circa 1795

Son of silversmith Joseph Moulton of Newburyport, MA., Ebenezer was born in 1768 and died in 1824. This fine example of his work has a 5 1/2" diameter and measures 8 1/4" to the end of the beautiful keyhole form handle. The handle has in script the initials 'D S G.'
