A Rare early 18th century Dutch Silver Sealing Wax Case circa 1720 with the arms of ROOSEVELT

Measuring 3 3/4" long, this beautiful little object carried a stick of sealing wax which could be taken out and melted onto a letter or document and then impressed with a family seal or crest. This paricular piece has the ROOSEVELT family arms on one end and the family crest on the other end. A museum quality rarity!
