A 19th century Sailor Carved Chest with name "Elmer A. Hall" and Illustrated in 'JACK TAR, A Sailor's Life 1750-1910' by J. Welles Henderson, p. 123.

The carved lid with American eagle, incised stars, block and tackle above a banner with the name Elmer A. Hall. The lockplate is missing. The box has recently been restored at the area near the lockplate. 14" by 10" by 9". Complete with a custom made stand. Height with stand: 29".
