A beautiful large 19th century Sperm Whale tooth measuring 8" long and weighing nearly 1 3/4 pounds

One of the nicest teeth I have seen in many years. Great color and patina and a wonderful classic shape with not cracks or chips. Not the largest tooth I have handled but certainly in the top five. Nearly impossible to fine 8" teeth today weighing nearly 1 3/4 ponds.
