A charming 19th century folk art watercolor and ink drawing dated June 27, 1856

Inscribed "In Pulaski County (Virginia) going to Wythe, June 27th, 1856. Accident and no life lost on the railroad. A rock came down and broke one car a few miles from Newbern Station. We had to stay all night, about 25 passengers." Beautiful period frame.
