A Civil War era Ambrotype 'Gutta Purcha cased Double' Photo of a Gentleman and his Wife circa 1860.

In near mint condition, the photos measure 3 1/4" by 4 1/4". One of the best images and gilt frames that I have seen. The gutta purchase case has a small chip on the lower right front of the lid.
