A Fascinating engraving from Harper's Weekly Magazine July 15, 1871 entitled 'The Night Editor'

Originally drawn by arther Lumley, this interesting engraving taken from Harper's weekly shows ann editor working late at night under an oil lamp with owls, bats, eagles and other birds holding placards with the words 'melodrama, comedy, tragedy, drama and opera.' Then, shown under the light of the lamp shade are names of countries such as Cuba, France, Italy, Spain, Russia, Turkey, England, etc.
