Beautifully framed and matted, this interesting grouping of whaling related items include three receipts for cordage, sperm whale oil and iron whale blubber cooking pots, each dated between 1860 and 1880; a piece of baleen; a rare late 19th century stereo opticon photo card showing two whale ships cruising the Arctic and lastly acolored print of a whale being harpooned.
