A George II Silver Pepper Caster, maker J C?, London 1729

Standing 3 1/4" high, this very nice example appears to have a contemporary coat-of-arms. The hallmarks are quite clear except for the maker's mark which is only partial legible. There are also initials 'M H' which also appear to be contemporary.
