A RARE Property transfer document from the reign of King Henry VII (1485-1509) of England dated July 4, 1502

This rare "Exemplification of a Common Recovery" was written at Westminster on July 4, 1502, and retains its RARE wax seal depicting King Henry VII sitting on his throne with his orb and septre. The document has been beautifully framed and measures 29" by 24". A full modern English transcript of the Latin document comes with the document. NOTE: the text on the mounting board gives the wrong dates of King Henry VII reign.
