A Rare Victorian 'Commemorative Maritime Diploma' issued to the Duke of Norfolk in 1891

Issued by the Executive Committee of the Royal Navy Exhibition held at Chelsea in 1891, this is perhaps one of the most decorative of all such certificates ever printed.
