A wonderful 19th century engraving of George Washington with presentation inscription dated 1861

This wonderful engraving was presented to the Honorable Richard A. Wheeler, Federal Judge and High Sherifff of New London, CT., in 1861. The frame has what appears to be its' original glass. Overall in great condition. 20" by 23 1/2" framed. Apologies for the poor photography at the bottom of the photo.
