A fine cased set of seven straight edge razors with ivory and bone handles in a brass bound walnut box circa 1850

The case measures 7" by 3" by 1 3/4" and is made of beautiful figured walnut with brass inlays. One razor is engraved "The Master Razor" and was made by Joseph Rodgers & Sons, Cutlers to their Majesties, No.6, Norfolk Street, Sheffield. Another is stamped "Dame, Stoddard Company, Boston, made in Germany." The others have various names and marks and all are in very good condition. The case retains its' original red velvet fitted and lined interior.
