A William and Mary period Walnut Lace Box circa 1690

The lid is inlaid with oyster veneers and outlined with fruitwood in geometric patterns. The interior retains much of its' original red paint. The edges have wonderful cushion molding. The hinges are later replacements. 10 3/4" by 8 1/2" by 2 1/2".
