A RARE original photo of the famous New Bedford whaling ship "James Arnold" built in 1852.

The original photo dates to circa 1890-1895 and is in what appears to be its' original frame which measures 15" by 12". This famous and successful whaling ship made 12 voyages during her 40+ years of service. Her maiden voyage was on May 3, 1853.
